No, warranty is canceled,if the repair was performed at an unauthorized service center or by the owner. All warranty work must be performed at authorized service centers in our network. The exception is the replacement of consumables (oil, (filters), which it's possible to conduct on your own with mandatory documentation.

Please contact our technical support by phone or chat. We will arrange for your vehicle to be towed to the nearest authorized service center. With an extended warranty (2–3 years), towing is free. We can also ship the replacement part via courier so you can install it yourself under our guidance.

Once a warranty claim has been approved, we'll ship the replacement part to your city via courier service. Delivery time: 1–3 days to major cities,3–7 days to remote regions. The part is installed at an authorized service center free of charge. The part will be replaced with one that is equivalent or superior in performance.

Yes, you you can purchase advanced warranty (1,(2 or 3 years) at any time before the standard warranty period expires. After the warranty expires, a vehicle diagnostic test is required (cost: $200), after which possibly design extended warranties.

Yes,For electric vehicles (BEVs), the warranty covers the traction battery if its capacity drops below 70% of the factory capacity. Battery warranty period: 8 years or 160,000 km (for new (car). For used electric vehicles — 6–12 months when fall capacities below 60%.
